How to Request a Refund:

Send an email to support@zyvano.shop from the email address used during the purchase.
Include your receipt or transaction ID.
State that you would like to invoke your 7-day refund guarantee.

Processing Time:

Once your request is received and confirmed within the 7-day window, we will immediately initiate the refund process. The 59 RON will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.

After a refund is issued, your digital access to the Zyvano Web Application will be immediately revoked.
